API Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Dubai Property Leads Real Estate API and the data it returns. By requesting an API key, subscribing to a plan, or calling the API, you accept them.

Effective date: October 26, 2026

1. Scope and Acceptance

These API Terms of Use (the “API Terms”) govern access to and use of the Dubai Property Leads Real Estate API (the “API”) and all data, documents and media returned by it (the “Data”), whether accessed through a plan purchased on our website, through RapidAPI, or through a free, trial or evaluation plan.

By requesting an API key, subscribing to a plan, or calling the API, you (the “Customer”) agree to these API Terms. If you have signed a separate written agreement with Dubai Property Leads for API access, that agreement prevails where it differs from these API Terms.

2. License

For as long as your subscription is active, Dubai Property Leads grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Data within your own products and services, in accordance with these API Terms.

The Data is licensed to you for the duration of your subscription only. It is not sold or transferred to you, and no ownership of the Data or of our database passes to you.

3. Permitted Use

While your subscription is active, you may:

  • store the Data in your own systems and keep it synchronised with the API;
  • enrich and combine the Data with your own information, analysis and features;
  • display the Data, and products built from it, to the end users of your own application or service;
  • embed the media links returned by the API in your application.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, publish or hand over the Data, or bulk exports of it, to any third party;
  • offer the Data, or a substantially similar dataset, as a standalone data feed, file or API;
  • share your API key outside your organisation or allow your end users to call the API directly;
  • download the media for redistribution or re-hosting, or remove or work around the access controls of the media links;
  • circumvent rate limits, use multiple keys to exceed your plan, or access the Data by any means other than the API.

5. When Your Subscription Ends

Stored Data may be used only while your subscription is active. When it ends, for any reason, including at the end of a free or trial plan, you need to delete the Data you stored from the API within thirty (30) days. You may keep your own analyses, reports and aggregated statistics, as long as they do not reproduce the Data.

Media links are provided as part of your subscription and stop working when it ends.

6. Data and Accuracy

The Data is compiled and maintained by Dubai Property Leads. Prices, availability and project details are determined by the relevant property developers; we reflect them as received and are not responsible for decisions developers make about them.

We use reasonable care to keep the Data current and to correct errors once reported, but the Data is otherwise provided “as is”. You must not present the Data as an official or verified record.

7. Plans, Limits and Changes

Request allowances and rate limits depend on your plan. Requests above your rate limit are refused until the limit resets. Subscriptions purchased through RapidAPI are billed and managed by RapidAPI under its own terms.

We may add, change or remove endpoints and fields to improve the API. We will give reasonable notice of changes that require you to change your integration, except where a change is needed for security or legal reasons.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these API Terms, including Sections 4 and 5, or if your use threatens the security or availability of the API. Section 5 continues to apply after your access ends.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for loss of profit, revenue, customers, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in connection with the API is limited to the fees you paid for the API in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to your breach of Sections 4 or 5, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these API Terms

We may update these API Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of the API after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated API Terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These API Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
