Right now leads are delivered as a CSV per pack purchase. Direct CRM integration (auto-push into HubSpot or Pipedrive on payment) is on the roadmap — contact us if your team needs it now and we'll prioritise. For agency-tier customers we already deliver via Google Sheets sync as a free add-on.

Every lead is fingerprinted by phone and email. Duplicates are removed before delivery — you never receive the same buyer twice across packs, and the same lead is never sold to a second broker. If you ever spot a repeat in your inbox (which we haven't seen happen), it's replaced free of charge.

Yes — all leads are collected via opt-in forms with explicit consent for the buyer's contact information to be shared with a Dubai property broker for follow-up. Buyers can request data deletion at any time, and we'll honour it within 30 days under UAE PDPL. We do not sell, syndicate, or repackage data outside of our marketplace.

Continuously — new buyer enquiries arrive at the database within minutes of submission via our /invest funnel and partner ad campaigns. Leads sold in a Monday pack are different leads than those sold in a Wednesday pack. There's no static "list" you're buying access to; you're buying a slice of recent enquiries.

Custom-filtered packs (e.g., only Palm Jumeirah investors AED 10M+, or only NRI buyers under AED 3M) are available at the Pro and Agency tiers. Below that, packs are delivered as a representative cross-section of recent enquiries — which most brokers prefer because filtering too aggressively reduces volume.
