Standard CSV with UTF-8 encoding, delivered as an email attachment after payment confirmation and qualification. Eight buyer fields: name, phone, email, nationality, budget_aed, property_type, location_preference, inquiry_message, plus a submitted_at timestamp where available. Imports cleanly into Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix24, Zoho, Google Sheets, Excel — anything that handles CSV.

Right now leads are delivered as a CSV per pack purchase. Direct CRM integration (auto-push into HubSpot or Pipedrive on payment) is on the roadmap — contact us if your team needs it now and we'll prioritise. For agency-tier customers we already deliver via Google Sheets sync as a free add-on.

Every lead is fingerprinted by phone and email. Duplicates are removed before delivery — you never receive the same buyer twice across packs, and the same lead is never sold to a second broker. If you ever spot a repeat in your inbox (which we haven't seen happen), it's replaced free of charge.

Yes — all leads are collected via opt-in forms with explicit consent for the buyer's contact information to be shared with a Dubai property broker for follow-up. Buyers can request data deletion at any time, and we'll honour it within 30 days under UAE PDPL. We do not sell, syndicate, or repackage data outside of our marketplace.

The inventory is maintained as a fulfillment pool, not a public static list. Paid packs are allocated through the payment-gated checkout flow, deduplicated against prior allocations, and delivered as structured CSV batches.

Custom-filtered packs (e.g., only Palm Jumeirah investors AED 10M+, or only NRI buyers under AED 3M) are available at the Pro and Agency tiers. Below that, packs are delivered as a representative cross-section of qualified enquiries — which most brokers prefer because filtering too aggressively reduces volume.
