• Payment information: payment is handled by our Payment Processor. We do not collect or store full card numbers; we receive limited confirmation details needed to fulfil your order.
• Information collected automatically: technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies and analytics tools.
• Lead Data: the buyer and investor enquiry records that we source and, for Customers, deliver as part of the Services.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including sourcing, screening, and delivering Leads;
• process orders and payments and send confirmations, delivery, onboarding, and service messages;
• send updates, market intelligence, and offers where you have not opted out;
• monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the platform, and prevent fraud and abuse; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract with you; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services and securing our platform; and compliance with legal obligations.

We send transactional messages (such as confirmations and Lead deliveries) that are necessary to provide the Services, and we may send informational or marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing messages at any time using the link in those emails; you may still receive transactional messages relating to your orders.

9. Lead Data and Your Responsibilities as a Controller

Lead Data contains Personal Data relating to third-party individuals. When Leads are delivered to you, you act as an independent controller of that data and are solely responsible for handling it lawfully. This includes compliance with all applicable data protection laws, marketing and do-not-contact regulations, and real estate regulations in your market, using the data only for legitimate real estate outreach, honouring opt-out requests, and keeping the data secure.

10. How We Share Information

We do not sell your Personal Data. We share information only as follows:

• with service providers who process data on our behalf (such as payment, hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers) under appropriate obligations;
• with Customers, in the form of delivered Lead Data, as part of the Services;
• where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

11. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain records of orders and acceptance of our Terms, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.
